4 ways to espresso yourself……

 

01 — make time for YOU

As a mom I know first hand it is so hard to make time for yourself, but I also know first hand how important it is!
Even when it feels impossible, make the time, and recharge! We can’t pour from an empty cup so make sure your the best version of you so you can be the best version for others!

02 — if no one told you today, you’re doing a great job!

The truth is the hard days come and go but the important thing to remember is “this too shall pass” and at the end of the day we realize, we made it, we all survived!

03 — don’t lose who you were before you became a mom

We change so much the second we become moms. I always thought I had to mature, and grow up once I became a mom. I learned quickly that it isn’t always like that. When I try to be anything other than myself I struggle. That means don’t forget who you were before you were a mom. Continue to do things you did then and keep yourself you. Be authentic!

04 — give yourself grace

Be patient with yourself. Parenting is a constant state of learning and adjustment. It’s up and down and up and down again. Don’t be too hard on yourself even though there will be hard times , which there will, always give yourself grace to make the mistakes and learn the lessons. No one is perfect and I learn just as much from my kids as they learn from me.

If you face your flaws, you’ll accept the change.
