How MY journey began…
While entering the amazing world of motherhood circa 2013, I found comfort in humor, coffee, and sharing stories to get through the ups and downs.
I, like many other new mothers out there was looking to find that balance between my independent self and being a mom. It was all new and it was all scary. I was wanting to connect so I started writing, like I had always done. Realizing that motherhood was basically a bunch of lies, and sneaking around to do whatever it takes to make our kids happy, keep up their imagination and make it through the day.
It’s survival.
I wanted to create a TRIBE of supportive friends who really understood that no one is perfect and we all have failed moments as parents and as ourselves.
What I have learned in my almost 9 years as a parent is at the end of the day all a child needs is LOVE and TIME. Even on days where I feel like the biggest failure, my children remind me that I’m not doing so bad after all.
My journey has just begun and its starting to get really interesting, I mean fun, ha ha. Follow along I have so much to share that I hope can make you laugh in an “I’ve so been there too” kind of way.
This is a NO-JUDGEMENT place where we can be honest with each other and ourselves about the oh so incredible joys of parenting along with the humorous stories and ALL the coffee it takes to get us through.
